Paul came to West Colonial Hills Baptist in October of 2020 after serving in ministry for over 30 years. Most recently, he has been on staff at Crossway Baptist Church in Springfield, MO where he served as the Minister of Evangelism and Missions for 11 years. He has also spent time overseas as a missionary with the IMB in Uruguay, South America and was a previous pastor of West Colonial Hills for 14 years before going to Uruguay. 
 
He met his wife, Pam, at the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL and they were married shortly after graduation in 1980. They have three grown childen; one daughter serving with her family in Spain, a son as a youth pastor in Oregon, and a daughter serving at Crossway Baptist in Missouri. He and Pam have 7 grandchildren. 
 
 
Neal Hartley
 
NextGen and Worship Pastor

Neal Hartley originally joined WCHBC in 2012 and served for 7 years as the Youth/Worship Pastor before being called away. In 2021, he returned to serve in the new combo role of Worship and NextGen Pastor. In this new role, he leads/plans our weekly worship services and oversees the children, youth, and college ministry areas.

Neal has Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and has served on staff at churches in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky. As well as serving in the local church, Neal is also a recording artist and has released several albums of original Christian music.

Neal and his wife Amy  have four children: Will, Addie, Nate, and Maggie.

Neal is originally from Georgia and still roots for his Braves and Bulldogs despite living in the heart of Vols country. He collects all things Superman, Batman, Star Wars, and Marvel…and his office reflects this!

Matt is originally from Tampa Florida.  He studied at Crown College of the Bible. 
Matt is married to Faith and they have two preschool boys.
