October 27th Update
Dear Church Family,
We have prayerfully evaluated the spread of the virus in our area and taken the recommendations from our president and governor to safely open. We are constantly monitoring the virus’ impact in our area and will alter our plans accordingly if need be. If we see an consistent increase in our area we will change our plans. Your decision to attend in-person or watch on Live-Stream is between you and the Lord. We fully support whatever decision you make for you and your family. If you do attend in-person we want you to know how we are planning to protect you.
Only the Front and Back Entrances by the Sanctuary will be Open so You Can Walk Right in Hands Free
- The number of chairs have been reduced in sanctuary
- Chairs have been spaced for social distancing (6 feet between families)
- We have installed air purifiers to our heating/cooling systems in the sanctuary
- We have installed touch free antibacterial pumps at the entrance and near bathrooms
- Hands free offering baskets will be placed on two tables inside sanctuary
- Bulletins will be placed on chairs
- Bathrooms will be open in the upstairs education wing only
- With the exception of childcare classrooms the rest of the building will be closed
- Childcare for infants up to five years of age (K and up stay in the sanctuary)
- No Children’s Church (Zoom Meetings)
- No Life Groups (Zoom Meetings and Uploading Videos)
- No Coffee or Food
- GAP & Youth meet on Wednesdays at 6pm (Zoom Meetings for adults)
- Cleaners are scheduled to keep our building clean and sanitized
Other Guidelines For Those Coming to Church:
- Face masks are mandatory.
- If you have been sick (cough, runny nose, sore throat, etc.) please stay home
- If you have had a temperature in the last 48 hours please stay home
- If you have been around anyone who has been sick, please quarantine or until you test negative for CoVid
- If you are unsure in anyway please stay home and watch us on Live-Stream
